Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Participates in customer meetings to capture feedback and translate high-level input into detailed technical requirements.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

· Six (6)+ years of active professional Python experience
· Six (4)+ years of professional modern C++ experience
· Experience mentoring junior engineers.
· Knowledge of MATLAB.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with an emphasis on Scrum
· Familiarity with modern architectural designs, particularly micro-services
· Preferred:
o Knowledge of DDS and Kafka

WR’s Material Management Service Center (MMSC) has a need for a Logistics Coordinator to fulfill shipping, receiving, MIL-STD packaging, warehousing, and various material handling activities for multiple programs.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Executes day-to-day shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials.
· Executes Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) processes, entries, and documentation.
· Performs Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) transactions.
· Executes proper MIL-STD packaging and wrapping of materials for transport, storage, or customer delivery.
· Monitors MMSC work orders and daily logistics tasks.
· Ensures proper handling, storage, and transportation of ESD-sensitive and HAZMAT materials.
· Monitors IDS data integrity, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
· High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
· Seven (7)+ years of full-time professional experience in project procurements and inventory management.
· Six (6)+ years of experience in logistical tracking, reporting, record keeping, warehousing, material transfer, issuance, and disposition of government and/or commercial property.
· Five (5)+ years supporting government property requirements and/or defense life-cycle material management.
· Understanding of DoD inventory management system and techniques.
· Computer proficiency with MS Office applications.

SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for a Program Manager, Principal to lead the coordinated management of interdependent and related projects while supporting ongoing operations and driving business growth. Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with Project Managers to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program.
- Responsible for determining and coordinating shared resources to the overall benefit of the program and will often be responsible for stakeholder management, particularly stakeholder’s external to the organization such as customers, and subcontractors.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, plans, specifications, and contract financials.
- Maintain current revenue objectives as well as contribution to organic growth.
- Support Business Development efforts, contract pricing models to support objectives in contract.
- Drive organic growth by leveraging our current book of business and relationships.
- Resolve program-level issues and drive internal alignment.
- Serve as Capture Manager for strategic opportunities, supporting proposal strategy and technical direction.

Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:
