- Documenting and designing mechanical and electromechanical components and systems.

SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead a multi-discipline team supporting a complex systems engineering effort. This position will oversee all phases of a program focused on developing and fielding a new inertial navigation system, from design and development through full operational capability.
Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Serve as the customer advocate for assigned projects taking ownership of assigned customer requirements.
- Responsible for assembling the project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop project plans (identify requirements, scope definition, project schedules utilizing an integrated master schedule, WBS, risk management, etc.).
